在英國旅居期間因為沙發衝浪主人的邀約認識攀岩而開啟透過戶外運動去探索世界的冒險旅程。也因為熱愛大自然而開始感受到氣候變遷對戶外生活的威脅加入氣候倡議的行動，在台灣成立Protect Our Winters Taiwan。2021年因為疫情回到台灣，開啟了「極限白日夢 Podcast」去採訪國內外的戶外玩家，希望分享冒險旅行與不同的生活方式，跟著他們一起透過戶外運動看見不一樣的世界
從事的運動：登山/攀岩/滑雪/登山車/海洋獨木舟/衝浪滑板/走繩….各種戶外運動。

Thanks for stopping by. My name is Yi Yun Cheng ( Irene ) from Taiwan.
While living in the UK, a Couchsurfing host invited me to go rock climbing — and that single invite completely changed my life. What started as a random hangout turned into a lifelong obsession with exploring the world through outdoor adventures.
Falling in love with nature also made me realize how much climate change threatens the wild places I love, so I slowly start my climate advocacy journey and founded Protect Our Winters Taiwan.
When the pandemic brought me back to Taiwan in 2021, I decided to keep the adventure spirit alive by launching “BEOUTER Podcast” — a show where I chat with outdoor lovers from around the globe about climbing, biking, snowboarding, surfing, and the wild stories behind their life journeys. Through these conversations, I hope more people can get inspired by how outdoor sports open doors to whole new ways of living.
Things I love doing: hiking, climbing, skiing, mountain biking, sea kayaking, surfskating, slacklining… basically anything that gets me sweaty, muddy, or salty.

2011-2015｜大四募資創業在輔大旁開一間 ”不只是” 咖啡廳的 V+ing Cafe。
2015-2018｜英國打工度假，創立了雞蛋糕品牌 Dhan Waffle ，市集、外燴、音樂祭、百貨公司快閃店。
2017-2018｜澳洲打工度假，擔任咖啡廳顧問。紐西蘭搭便車環島。
2018-2019｜Plan b 第二計劃股份有限公司 擔任 CIT 營運總監。
2020-2021｜日本打工度假，在二世谷 Niseko Sports 雪具店店員。疫情期間公路旅行自駕游日本。
2021-2022｜台灣數位經濟平台協會 秘書、北方牧人 Shangdrok 國際通路開發業務、藝術家專案經理
2022-2023｜第二個雪季在二世谷 Niseko Sports 擔任雪具店店員

2016年在奧地利透過 Couchsurfing 認識啟發我愛上攀岩與戶外生活、冒險旅遊的朋友。
2024年獲選 Fjällräven Polar ：在零下30度極圈從瑞典駕雪橇犬拉雪橇 300KM 抵達挪威。
2016 至今的自助戶外旅行｜英國、荷蘭、蘇格蘭、西班牙、瑞典、法國、德國、奧地利、義大利、克羅埃西亞、日本、丹麥、挪威、瑞士、澳洲、紐西蘭。
興趣＆專長
喜歡音樂，國中管樂團內負責小喇叭，會一點吉他與烏克麗麗還有拇指琴。
最喜歡的樂器音色是大提琴，除了重金屬音樂其他音樂都聽。
喜歡油畫的質地與水彩的便利性。
喜歡攝影，人像與風景。
會用Wix , WordPress , Editor , Squarespace 架設簡易的網站。
喜歡任何跟創意與藝術相關的人事物。
喜歡烘焙，特別是塔類的甜點。
